Mrs. V. took this as we left. Susan is happy, car is crowded, I am tired, and dog is hairy with tongue.

There are several important things in this picture. My bride playing with Lasha, my camping coffeepot, the knife my grandfather made me as a fighting knife in Vietnam (I didn’t take it), and fire wood.

Camping for me is tent, fire, shovel, and canteen. Susan likes hot showers and plumbing with water. I guess a little comfort is nice for a while.

With Susan’s approval I cooked some VERY good steaks. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Life is good.

Looks like you all had a great time! Where's Patrick Point? It looks so pretty.
You would have loved living in the jungle! It was basically "camping" 24/7
Actually I did live in the jungle for a little while a long time ago in a galaxy far away. It was exciting too. Lots of snakes, bugs, and things that perforate. It was a different firm too.
There were missionaries among the Homong but I did not appreciate their work. Great legacy too.

I guess it was not such a good time for you in that jungle.
By the way, the I will not submit in arabic is from Harry's blog. He comments often on mine. He is jewish. Just right click and save image to file. I am sure he would not mind. Or you can link over to his blog and check.
Hey it's nice to find your blog, I'll be back later to read some more.
BTW, found you by way of Jungle Mom.
