PROOFREADING IS A DYING ART


These pictures have nothing to do with this blog. However they do illustrate a great way to keep children occupied and contained.

In college one of my professors gave an “F” if there was one misspelling or punctuation error. Some of the following could be fixed with the proper application of punctuation. And some could be fixed with the proper application of common sense.

These headlines slipped through a print media proofreader. As the integrity of the print media declines so does its intelligence.

The headline is in bold and my comment (some sentence fragments) follows beneath.

A break from watching the purposeful killing of the American dream. Having a Christian worldview helps us to keep our sanity (sort of).
