Gun Control

Lasha has been my dog for seven years. She has never failed to respond to a command work or request to play. She has an aggressive cancer and I have no choice but to have that taken care of. When I wrote the above I had purposed in my heart to take her and have her put to sleep. She had been in distress for 3 days without eating anything and was unconscious all the time. She could not walk very far and could not use the leg on the side where a swollen glad was. I was carrying her to her place in the lawn, She could not respond to my voice. I was in the kitchen waiting for a return call from the vet to set the time to bring her in when I turned and she was standing behind me. She was walking with a serious limp but looking around and trying to follow me. She drank and has done nothing but improve. Now she is chasing balls (still no running) and playing with us. I believe in praying for everything and lots of people were praying for Lasha (and her owner) and God answered their prayers. We have her for a little while longer. Kipling's poem "The power of a dog" is very accurate. Maybe we should not love animals but God makes them lovable.

You won’t see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.

Take note my fellow Americans, before it’s too late! The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.

With guns, we are ‘citizens’. Without them, we are ‘subjects’. During WWII the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

If you value your freedom, please spread this anti gun-control message to all of your friends.

The purpose of fighting is to win. There is no possible victory in defense. The sword is more important than the shield, and skill is more important than either. The final weapon is the brain.

All else is supplemental. Switzerland issues every household a gun! Switzerland’s government trains every adult they issue a rifle. Switzerland has the lowest gun related crime rate of any civilized country in the world!!!

It’s a no brainer!

Don’t let our government waste millions of our tax dollars in an effort to make all law abiding citizens an easy target

Pastor, I'm sorry to hear about Lasha; had no idea, but glad to hear she's doing better. I have had to put down two dogs in the last 7 years and it's difficult to say the least. I hope the Lord blesses you with more than a little time.
