I am taking a break from deep doctrinal venting to help you with your health. The following plan will help you become strong. Follow the steps faithfully and you WILL succeed.
1. Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side.
2. With a 5-lb potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can.
3. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.
4. Each day you’ll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.
5. After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato sacks.
6. Then try 50-lb potato sacks and
7. Then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato sack in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute. (I am at this level.)

After you feel confident at this level, put a potato in each of the sacks.

Thanks for the tips! I will definately be starting that up after I'm done with my current routine. It involves repeated lifting of young humans at various ages throughout the day. The humans get heavier month by month also, so it is progressive. I believe you did this program before though.
